Our Return Policy

At Evalore Watches, your satisfaction is our priority. That’s why we offer a 14-day return policy on all tech products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Share your order number and the reason for the return.

  3. We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label.

  4. Pack the product securely and ship it back using the label provided.

  5. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 4 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to your card.

  • If you paid via bank transfer or a local payment method in Pakistan, the refund will be sent to your account.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Please note, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Products missing any parts or accessories

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance
